About Me
Throughout my career I gained a diverse set of experiences: I taught at a top college in the United States, served as Legal Adviser in an arbitral tribunal dealing with billions of dollars in claims, and worked at the World Court on state-to-state cases.
Experience, Empathy & Curiosity
*1976 in Munich, studied economics (B.A. /magna cum laude/ University of Rochester) and law (J.D., University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; Doctor of Laws, European University Institute, Florence). I am currently based in Berlin.
My experiences underlie my success as coach and consultant today. Having served as an advisor in diverse, complex, and politically charged international environments, and having bootstrapped a startup myself, I support my clients with extensive experience in communicating, analyzing, strategizing, and co-creating solutions with decision makers at the highest level of their profession.
After a time of reflection, personal change, and additional training, I now dedicate myself completely to the development of businesses and organizations, and the success of individuals who shape them.
Apart from English and German, I am fluent in French and Dutch, and have some proficiency in Italian and Chinese.
